A plant herder guides two earth spirits through the gardens of the world. Inspired by the set of poems “O Guardador de Rebanhos” by Alberto Caeiro, this project aims to make the public aware that we must take care of Nature and love natural things, because we are part of them. The Beings of the Earth are a living image that intends to remind us of the beauty of the things that surround us and that, distracted, we forget and end up neglecting.
These characters reflect the delicacy of flowers through gesture. And if we were all flowers, how would we recognize each other?
It is a multidisciplinary itinerant project, which uses live music, physical theatre, interaction with the public through the clown's language and magic translated by the beautiful image it conveys.
They are three characters sensitive to people and places, curious and fun… They bring a current message of urgency regarding the ecological state of planet Earth and the way we interact socially.
